Online Therapy in Michigan
Therapy that fits into your life
Finding time for therapy isn't always easy. Work, school, family responsibilities, health concerns, busy schedules, and simply getting across town can make adding one more appointment to your week feel difficult.
Online therapy offers another option. I provide secure telehealth sessions for teens and adults throughout Michigan, allowing you to receive personalized support from the privacy and comfort of your own space.
Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, or autism, relationship concerns, health challenges, or a major life transition, we can work together without the added time and stress of traveling to an office.
How Online Therapy Works
Online therapy lets us meet face-to-face through a secure video platform instead of in an office. You can attend your session from home or another private location, as long as you are physically located in Michigan at the time of your appointment.
Sessions are personalized in the same way as in-person therapy. We'll talk about what you're experiencing, identify what you would like to work on, and use approaches tailored to your needs, strengths, and goals.
All you need is a reliable internet connection, a computer, tablet, or phone with video and audio, and a private space where you feel comfortable talking openly.
PRIVATE SPACE • RELIABLE INTERNET • VIDEO & AUDIO DEVICE

Is Online Therapy Effective?
Research has found that online therapy can be an effective option for many people, including those seeking support for concerns such as anxiety and depression. For many clients, the therapeutic relationship and the work we do together can translate well to a virtual setting.
Online therapy offers the same opportunity to talk openly, better understand what you're experiencing, and work toward meaningful change—all from the privacy and convenience of your own space.
Is Online Therapy Right for You?
Online therapy may be a good fit if you want the convenience of meeting from home, have a busy schedule, live farther from my Farmington Hills office, or simply feel more comfortable talking from your own space.
It can work especially well when you have access to a private place where you can speak freely and a reliable internet connection. Some people also find that being in a familiar environment makes it easier to feel comfortable and open up during therapy.
