In-Person Therapy in Farmington Hills, Michigan
A private, comfortable place to meet
Sometimes it helps to have a space away from everyday responsibilities where you can slow down, talk openly, and focus on yourself.
I offer in-person therapy for teens and adults in my Farmington Hills office. Sessions are personalized to what you're experiencing, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD or autism, relationship concerns, health challenges, or a major life transition.
My goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and able to work at a pace that feels right for you.

How In-Person Therapy Works
In-person therapy gives us the opportunity to meet face-to-face in a private, comfortable setting where you can step away from everyday responsibilities and focus on yourself.
Sessions are personalized to what you're experiencing and what you would like to work on. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, identify your goals, and use approaches tailored to your needs, strengths, and circumstances.
You don't need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before you arrive. We'll start where you are and work together at a pace that feels right for you.
PRIVATE • SUPPORTIVE • PERSONALIZED
